Description East Bay Motorsports is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and experienced full-time Sales Manager / Finance Manager to join our team! We represent the following brands in our East Bay location: Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, BRP / Can-Am, Polaris, KTM, and CF Moto. At East Bay Motorsports, we value long-term relationships with our customers and are looking for candidates with the following qualities: Qualifications Previous motorsports experience required Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Self-motivated and performance-driven to meet department goals Strong knowledge of OEM products and product segments Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals Sell financing and present back-end products and services to customers, including Extended Service Contracts, GAP Insurance, Theft Protection, Tire & Wheel, and GPS location products Oversee the completion of purchase documents for financed, leased, or cash deals, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted for timely funding Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations, including DMV and lien paperwork Maintain adequate and current supply of all contracts, forms, and documentation Provide guidance and training to sales staff on product knowledge, customer service, and closing techniques Monitor inventory presentation and direct sales associates to maintain showroom and lot standards Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and minimize cancellations or charge-backs Deliver exceptional customer service and communication throughout the sales and finance process Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and critical illness insurance 401k PTO Job Type: Full-time
