POSITION SUMMARY:

Quesnel Toyota is a wonderful, small town Toyota Dealership that is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Sales and Finance Manager to join our team. This person will need to lead and motivate their team, to promote and grow the business, and most importantly they are responsible for conveying a culture that provides an extraordinary experience to every staff member and client, every time.
· This is a full-time position 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday.
· We offer a competitive compensation package with Extended Benefits after 3 months employment.
· We also offer staff pricing on service and parts.
· Training is available with management guidance and career progression opportunities.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· 5 Years previous Automotive Sales Management, including Business Office and Product Advisor experience.
· MVSA License.
· BC Driver’s License required.
· Computer, email, and internet skills.

Responsibilities

· Monitors and manages deals and their paperwork to maintain a consistent customer experience.
· Manages vehicle inventory, new and used. This includes purchases, appraisals, and reconditioning needs.
· Responsible for the performance and profitability of all aspects of the Dealership, including achieving targets and goals set out for the Sales department.
· Takes part in business development and marketing for the Dealership.
· Recruits, trains and manages all staff in all Dealership processes, procedures, and policies.
· Collaborates with other department heads in growth and leadership.
· Cultivates ongoing relationships with existing and future clients.
