Description We are seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a player-coach role focused on improving close rates, developing talent, and driving revenue through daily coaching and training. We are looking for a leader who is actively involved in coaching and developing their team not just managing from a distance.
