Role: Senior Account Manager / Business Development Executive Region: Latin America (Spanish Speaking Countries) Based: Chile Model: Hybrid Industry Focus: Financial Services Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional with a hybrid profile combining Account Management and New Business Development, focused on clients in the Financial Services sector across Latin America. This role will be responsible for managing key existing accounts while also driving new revenue opportunities, expanding our footprint, and positioning our solutions to senior stakeholders across banking, insurance, fintech and investment institutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand relationships with existing financial services clients in LATAM. Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach. Drive revenue growth through a combination of farming (existing accounts) and hunting (new clients). Understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively. Build account plans, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and close deals with decision makers at the C-level or Director level. Deliver accurate sales forecasting (TCV and order booking). Collaborate with delivery, product, and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and relevant financial services forums. Required Experience & Skills: 5+ years in B2B sales within technology, consulting, outsourcing, or financial services solutions. Proven track record of managing accounts and generating new business in the Financial Services sector. Strong client network across banking, insurance, fintech, asset management, and related segments in LATAM. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet aggressive growth targets. Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Understanding regional financial regulatory environments is an advantage.
