Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Significant sales experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats and building processes from scratch.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup culture.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: Up to £70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to a first-in-market SaaS product.
  • Build and manage a small but high-performing sales team, including recruiting, coaching and mentoring.
  • Establish scalable sales processes and playbooks for outbound and inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with the founders, Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market approach.
  • Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to manage pipeline, track activities and forecast accurately.
  • Gather and share customer insights with product teams to influence product roadmap and features.
  • Manage partnership outreach and relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, host webinars and participate in other networking opportunities.
