  • Utilise high-quality photography, virtual tours, and premium advertising platforms to showcase properties effectively.
  • Negotiate sales transactions, ensuring optimal pricing and terms for clients while maintaining exceptional service levels.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and market insights to the Operations Director
