Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in sales with team handling experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a strong problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
