  • Build, develop and lead a sales team, creating a vision of success and a high performance culture.
  • Ensuring sales team prioritise key accounts and indications between COPD and Severe Asthma, leading the account planning process and setting regional targets.
  • Ensure omnichannel call plan is fully executed against target for each sales team member.
  • Support utilisation of promotional materials to maxmise impact of calls.
  • Achieve sales performance targets, contribute to business development, provide insights for product forecasting.
  • Support pre/post launch activities and helping marketing with contribution to brand planning and execution.
