Job Title: Sales Manager – Fit-out & Architectural Company
Location: United Arab Emirates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in acoustic solutions and architectural fit-out products. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in project-based sales, client relationship management, and the UAE construction and design market. This role involves extensive field engagement—a valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of UAE-based sales experience in acoustic solutions or architectural fit-out/interior products.
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License is essential.
  • Strong network across architecture, design, and construction sectors.
  • Track record in end-to-end sales cycle management, from lead generation to closing.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with acoustic panels, partitions, ceiling/wall systems, or similar architectural products.
  • Understanding of BOQs, tender documents, and project technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales activities for acoustic and architectural products across the UAE.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, market analysis, and project tracking.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and participate in tendering processes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, monitor the sales pipeline, and report to senior management.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
