POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager with expertise in acoustic and architectural fit-out solutions to join our UAE-based team. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong professional network, and a proven ability to manage project-based sales from initiation through closure. This role requires a proactive approach, field engagement, and a valid UAE driver’s license.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant sales experience within the UAE, specifically in acoustic, interior, or architectural products.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
  • Strong network within the construction, design, and architectural sectors.

    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales operations across the UAE for acoustic solutions, interior fit-out, and architectural products.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business through market research, project tracking, and industry networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal design and estimation teams to deliver customized technical and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and participate in pre-sales and tendering activities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and report progress to senior management.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies in the fit-out and acoustics sector.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and business development.
