JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in project sales within the fit-out and interior design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing high-value interior and fit-out projects. Candidates must have a valid UAE driver’s license and a strong understanding of the UAE market, especially in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience in project sales within the fit-out/interior design industry in the UAE.
  • Strong portfolio of completed sales in commercial, hospitality, or residential interior projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and project lifecycles.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Existing network of clients and industry contacts in the UAE is a plus.
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers for fit-out and interior projects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through active business development and effective pipeline management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure contracts are aligned with company policies.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings, project briefings, site visits, and industry networking events.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and post-sale relationship management.
