POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong track record in acoustic systems, architectural product sales, and interior fit-out solutions to lead our sales initiatives across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the construction, design, and fit-out industries, with the ability to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and close high-value deals. This is a field-based role requiring regular client interaction, so a valid UAE driving license is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in acoustic solutions, architectural materials, or interior fit-out products in the UAE market.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong network within the UAE’s construction, architecture, and design sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently driving strategic sales initiatives.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales operations for acoustic, architectural, and interior fit-out solutions across the UAE.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new opportunities through market analysis, project tracking platforms, and proactive networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and industry decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, engineering) to deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct site visits, client presentations, and sales meetings, ensuring thorough understanding of client requirements.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  • Stay informed about market developments, material innovations, and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and key industry events to enhance brand visibility and network reach.
