  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Manager with 5-6 years of experience in the food & beverage industry (protein & organic meal bars). The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy food, proven sales skills, and the ability to drive growth by building strong relationships with clients and expanding market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new retail and wholesale clients, including grocery stores, health food shops, and online platforms.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Expansion: Research and develop new market opportunities, including local and regional expansion.
  • Product Promotion: Educate potential clients on the benefits and unique selling points of the company’s date bars, conducting presentations, product demos, and tastings when necessary.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination between production and distribution channels.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse feedback from clients and the market to inform product development and improve offerings.
