About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead Barker’s Foodservice Sales Team, shape national account strategies, drive growth, and champion innovation in the foodservice sector. In this pivotal role, you’ll set clear strategic direction, foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, and leverage data-driven insights to optimise performance and uncover new opportunities. You’ll build strong customer relationships, deliver financial results, and develop strategic plans aligned with Barker’s long-term vision. What You’ll Be Doing: · Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain partnerships with national accounts and key customers. Implement joint business planning and conduct structured reviews using data insights. · Drive Business Performance: Deliver robust financial results aligned with budget targets. · Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. · Strategy: Develop and manage annual category and channel plans informed by consumer and market insights.
