Professional wedding photography and videography company, serving couples across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Florida. We capture timeless memories through stunning photos and cinematic films. We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow by managing leads, following up, and closing bookings.
Responsibilities
As our Sales Manager, you will:
Respond quickly to new client inquiries via email, phone, Zoom, WeddingWire, and Zola.
Follow up with clients who have not responded (messages, calls, personalized touchpoints).
Explain our packages clearly and persuasively.
Schedule and host Zoom calls with potential clients, presenting our portfolio.
Prepare, send, and follow up on contracts using HoneyBook.
Track communications to ensure no lead slips through.
Maintain our presence on WeddingWire, Zola, and other platforms (reply to reviews, update profiles).
Guide couples with basic wedding day timeline planning (specific to photo/video coverage).
Coordinate with our photography/videography team once a booking is secured.
Requirements
Proven sales or client relations experience (wedding industry strongly preferred).
Familiarity with wedding photography & videography services.
Experience with HoneyBook (or other CRMs — training can be provided).
Excellent communication skills — written, phone, and Zoom.
Proactive, organized, and persistent in closing deals.
Friendly, professional, and able to build trust with engaged couples.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role — you earn 5–8% of the booked package price.
Example: $2,500 booking → $125–$200 commission
Example: $4,000 booking → $200–$320 commission
Average bookings range between $2,000–$5,000, with no limit on how many you can close.
