OB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER (FOREX INDUSTRY)POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Forex/CFDs trading industry to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will not only excel in driving client acquisition and retention but also demonstrate a professional and engaging social media presence that strengthens the company’s brand visibility.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager (minimum 5 years), preferably within the forex/CFDs industry.
  • Deep understanding of trading platforms, financial instruments, liquidity providers, and client acquisition channels.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance with a confident and engaging personality.
  • Active and influential presence on social media, with the ability to create engaging content and connect with the trading community.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages ( Russian, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.

    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales specialists to maximize performance and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and engage with high-potential clients, including retail and institutional investors.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and onboarding to client relationship management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns, webinars, and promotional content tailored to forex traders.
  • Leverage personal social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) to enhance brand awareness, attract leads, and establish the company as a trusted name in the forex market.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and company policies across all sales activities.
