Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Manager will ensure that sales activities, top accounts and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per available room.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Demonstrate professional demeanor in delivering Four Seasons brand promise
  • Instill what is Four Seasons as a brand to client/account
  • Provide a genuine and constant level of exceptional service and product delivery
  • Establish a strong relationship with client/accounts as well as within inter-department
  • Analyze local market trend and able to propose a strategic and commercial approach
  • Pro-actively conduct minimum operating standard of sales activities such as sales call, entertainment, site inspection, prospecting call and other ad-hoc activities
  • Actively identify and acquire new account and business opportunities for all areas
  • Responsible for producing weekly sales schedule, sales report and any ad-hoc reports required in a timely manner
  • Efficiently managing and using sales system with the most up to date and accurate data
  • To demonstrate and provide a high level of quality in delivering day-to-day tasks
  • Accountable for ensuring quotas and goals are met and to ensure that direct sales activities are focused on generating the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel’s success.
  • This position requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Sales or Regional Commercial Director.
