Job Title: Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in Freight Forwarding and Logistics to drive business growth and expand our customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering customized logistics solutions across air, sea, and land freight services. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional with excellent market knowledge, strong industry connections, and a passion for achieving ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, importers, exporters, and key decision-makers. Promote and sell Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Value-Added Logistics Services. Prepare quotations, proposals, service agreements, and commercial presentations. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while ensuring profitability. Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying additional business opportunities. Collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management. Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and client meetings. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong experience selling Air Freight, Sea Freight, Road Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Integrated Logistics Solutions. Established network within the Saudi logistics and freight forwarding market is highly preferred. Excellent knowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding processes, and supply chain solutions. Strong negotiation, presentation, and business development skills. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid Saudi driving license is preferred. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. Responsibilities
