QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales within freight forwarding/logistics, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, INCOTERMS, and customs clearance procedures.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • High level of business acumen and market awareness.
