Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding & Warehousing 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth within the freight forwarding and warehousing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics sales, with proven experience in acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. The Sales Manager will play a key role in leading sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and delivering customized logistics solutions to clients across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within freight forwarding and warehousing services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s logistics client portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, importers, exporters, and supply chain partners. Promote and sell services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing solutions. Prepare and deliver client proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient service execution. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services. Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Strong understanding of the Saudi logistics market and supply chain industry. Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
