Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding & Warehousing (FMCG / F&B Focus) 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia We are seeking a results-driven and commercially focused Sales Manager to lead business development within the freight forwarding and warehousing sector, with a strong focus on FMCG and F&B clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in logistics sales, specifically handling FMCG or food & beverage accounts, and a strong ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in freight forwarding and warehousing services. Identify and acquire new clients within FMCG and F&B sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Promote logistics solutions including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing services. Prepare tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations for clients. Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands within FMCG and F&B industries. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction. Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in logistics sales, specifically in freight forwarding and/or warehousing. Strong experience handling FMCG or F&B clients in Saudi Arabia. Proven track record of business development and revenue generation. Strong understanding of supply chain requirements for FMCG and food products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
