JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES MANAGER.

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage new and existing customers.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales, should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Working hours 8:30am-5:30pm

REQUIREMENTS

  • Industry experience is preferred
  • Able to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • GSCE above grade C or equivalent in Maths and English.
Responsibilities
  • Present, promote and sell company products and services internally and externally.
  • Follow-up estimates and progress or feedback accordingly.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to potential customers through BTB calling and monitor outcomes.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients where required.
  • Work towards agreed targets and liaise with colleagues to improve outcomes.
  • Establish ways to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Source/create/manage an appropriate CRM system.
