Now, we’re on the lookout for a Sales Manager to join the team at our Support Office in Abbotsford-someone who’s passionate about people, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.
This role is full-time, based in Melbourne and is hybrid working; three days per week in our Support Office.

What You’ll Do

  • Set bold sales goals — and beat them
  • Drive revenue growth through smart strategy, coaching, and data analysis
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing inbound sales team
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with our venues and key stakeholders
  • Foster a feedback culture with regular discussions around commercial and personal performance
  • Deliver powerful reporting and insights to keep us on track and ahead of the game
  • Champion guest experiences, creating memorable events that keep customers coming back for more!

What You’ve Got

  • A proven track record of setting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience leading inbound sales teams (outbound a bonus too!)
  • Top-tier coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Data-driven thinking and CRM (Salesforce/Amazon Connect experience a plus!)
  • Passion for collaboration — you love working across marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Energy, resilience, and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
  • A burning desire to show what you’ve got and what heights you can take the business!
