Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in building relationships with internal/external stakeholders in sales delivery/client engagement and partner management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • Experience in Gaming/Apps.
  • Ability to build relationships across different sites in a short period with In-Country (LCS) teams.
  • Ability to synthesize results, draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities and be comfortable with numbers and complex analyses.
  • Ability to initiate and execute complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent commercial leadership and a demonstrated passion for delivering sales results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, inspire and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing Googlers; act as a role model for our team by pitching high-value opportunities to our customers.
  • Deliver against assigned business goals and overall sales metrics.
  • Coach on engaged sales, implementation and measurement to ensure that quarterly goals are met by ensuring that key plans are in place and that recovery plans are implemented if required.
  • Analyze data, trends, and client performance; develop plans for customers. Ensure that quarterly regional plans and long-term regional business plans are in place.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, working to accelerate opportunities to meet and exceed sales objectives.
