Gary Moe Mazda is looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivated Sales Manager to lead our growing team in Red Deer. This is your chance to join a top-performing dealership with a strong reputation for customer service, team culture, and performance-based success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to exceed monthly goals
  • Desk deals, structure finance and lease approvals, and maximize gross profit per transaction
  • Ensure full CRM utilization and daily accountability on leads, follow-ups, and appointments
  • Maintain high standards in process adherence from greeting to delivery and service turnover
  • Partner with the General Sales Manager to forecast, strategize, and drive new and used vehicle sales
  • Create a motivating, positive, and fast-paced sales environment
  • Track KPIs daily and take immediate action when performance dips
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and OEM standards

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in automotive sales leadership
  • Ability to hold team members accountable while building trust and respect
  • Experience with CRM tools and dealership software (PBS an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of desking, F&I, appraisals, and vehicle inventory management
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Willingness to lead from the front, work evenings/weekends, and hit the ground running
