We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth across the GCC market. Position Summary The Sales Manager – GCC is responsible for developing and managing strategic sales activities across the Gulf region. This role will focus on building strong relationships with key partners, driving revenue, identifying new opportunities, and positioning JA The Resort as a preferred destination within the GCC market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue across GCC countries. Build and maintain relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and key accounts. Conduct regular sales visits, attend trade events, and represent the resort in the GCC region. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and operational alignment. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the Director of Sales. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry. Strong network and understanding of the GCC travel and corporate markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel within the GCC as required.
