Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven sales experience (5–7 years minimum), preferably in publishing, cultural, or educational products.
  • Strong knowledge of the GCC market, especially the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a sales team.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the UAE branch and GCC markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in publishing, distribution, and printing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
  • Prepare and analyze regular sales reports and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that support sales growth.
  • Monitor GCC market trends and competitors, providing recommendations for business development.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, book fairs, and industry-related events in the region.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure business growth and increased market share.
