JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales Manager will lead and oversee all sales activities across showrooms, ecommerce, and external channels. This senior-level role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and system-building skills to drive consistent growth and performance. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the sales team, creating systems, setting KPIs, and aligning all eAorts with the company’s expansion goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales leadership (preferably in general trading or electronics retail).
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE/GCC retail market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Excel, and sales reporting tools.
  • High level of organization, professionalism, and results orientation.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in setting KPIs and team incentive models.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staA members.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce and omnichannel retail sales.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement structured sales plans based on company targets.
  • Sales Operations: Build and optimize daily sales processes, SOPs, and incentive schemes.
  • Sales Targets: Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with clear tracking mechanisms.
  • Team Management: Lead the showroom sales team, including supervisors, salesmen, and cashiers; provide coaching and performance tracking.
  • Customer Service: Elevate service standards through training on upselling, cross-selling, and customer handling.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations for seamless execution.
  • Showroom Oversight: Ensure optimal display, staA behavior, and customer journey inside showrooms.
  • Reports & Insights: Analyze performance data and deliver actionable recommendations to management.
  • Campaigns: Assist in planning and launching sales promotions and product campaigns.
