Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving dealership sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a motivated and high-performing sales staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Sales Manager or in a senior automotive sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, inventory management, and financing options.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, dealership software (DMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while meeting targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to drive showroom traffic and vehicle sales.
  • Monitor sales performance through KPIs and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor new sales staff to ensure professional growth and top performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to align team goals and improve sales techniques.
  • Assist in structuring deals to ensure profitability while meeting customer needs and dealership objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and industry trends.
