JOB DESCRIPTION
AVer Information is looking for a SALES MANAGER who is responsible for driving sales in the assigned area (DACH= Germany, Austria and Swiss). He / She is responsible for building the reseller and distribution network in the region, as well as for business development and recruitment of resellers. His/Her main focus is driving excellence in sales and executing the objectives of the company.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales Experience in IOT field in DACH region
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits/ may include overnight trips for demos, meetings & tradeshow/ events.
- Technical background is a plus
- Proficiency in German and English.
Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works closely with existing customers Resellers / Distributors to extend sales and brand awareness.
- Maintains positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Optimizes the relationship and business with new resellers and integrators
- Recruit new resellers in the region and manage accordingly
- Introduces the company and conducts product demo of company’s solutions to existing customers and new business partners
- Identifies and develops new opportunities
- Sells products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Reaches out new potential partners through cold calling and face to face meetings
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Work with other team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluates competitive magazines and market developments.
- Monitors and executes assigned projects.
- Keeps records of all customer contacts, sales proposals and report on a regular basis.
- Attend marketing events, including but not limited to exhibitions/ training events.
