Your mission Position, Location, Department Full-time | Germany | Sales CE/SW Europe Position Summary The Sales Manager Germany Projects is responsible for developing and executing sales activities for PV projects in Germany. The role focuses on customer development, opportunity management, and contract execution, working closely with internal teams to deliver successful projects and achieve regional sales targets. Reporting Line Regional Sales Director CE/SW Europe Major Responsibilities Drive localized market development and sales growth for PV modules in the region, with a focus on project business (C&I and utility-scale projects) Develop new customers and manage assigned sales opportunities and customer relationships within the defined market Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation, contract signature, delivery coordination, and payment collection, ensuring timely conversion of opportunities into firm orders in line with company policies Develop and execute sales plans aligned with regional targets and pipeline requirements Manage customer portfolios, including pipeline tracking, sales forecasting, and risk monitoring Collect and analyse market, policy, and competitor information and provide structured insights to support regional sales planning Coordinate with internal teams (technical,logistics, finance, compliance, and headquarters) to ensure successful project execution and delivery Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events while protecting corporate interests and strengthening the company’s market reputation in the assigned market Performance Indicators Revenue and margin achievement vs. target Pipelinecoverage,quality, andconversionrate Forecastaccuracyandreportingdiscipline Numberandvalueofcontractssigned Customer /accountgrowthandretention Your profile Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field 3-7years of experience in PV module sales or project development within the solar industry Experience working with EPCs, developers, or project stakeholders in C&I or utility-scale solar projects is strongly preferred Technical knowledge of solar PV systems and project structures is an advantage Fluency in English and German (C1: professional working proficiency) Skills & Competencies Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills with proven deal-closing capability Customer-focused and relationship-driven working style, particularly within project-based sales environments Structured and results-oriented execution approach with strong ownership of sales outcomes Strong communicationand stakeholder coordination skills across technical, commercial, and operational teams Ability to manage complex project sales cycles and multiple stakeholders simultaneously Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies Strong alignment and communication skills when working with regional and headquarters teams Travel Requirement Regular travel within Germany Occasional travel within Europe as required Why us?
