THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Sales Manager to partner with the General Sales Manager in leading our new and used car operations. This role is all about driving performance, developing a winning team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop the sales team to maximize performance
• Build and execute strategic sales plans for new and used cars
• Drive traffic through marketing and CRM initiatives
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and advertising strategies
• Ensure a smooth, customer-focused buying and delivery process
• Consistently meet sales and profitability targets
