The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers. This role involves creating sales strategies, overseeing customer accounts, and working closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, preferably in the glass, construction, or home improvement industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a sales management role, preferably in the glass, construction, or home improvement industry.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead and develop a sales team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in closing deals and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to develop solutions that balance customer needs and company goals.
    In addition to a base salary of $95,000 to $110,000, this position offers a bonus structure aligned with sales performance, with incentives tied to achieving revenue growth milestones from $5 million to $10 million
