The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a strong background in the medical and healthcare industry, particularly in selling medical equipment and healthcare IT solutions to hospitals. This role requires a proven ability to drive direct sales in Singapore while managing and expanding channel partnerships across the wider region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in medical equipment and healthcare solutions, ideally with hospitals in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions and strong industry network.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.

• Develop and execute regional sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, and surrounding markets.
• Manage direct sales activities with hospitals and healthcare providers in Singapore.
• Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships across Southeast Asia and Australia.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve sales targets.
• Report directly to the Managing Director.
