Overview Talent 360 is hiring Sales Manager for one of its clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the Saudi market for both FinTech/Banking products and 3PL/Logistics services. Identify, target, and win large / strategic accounts in the banking, financial services, logistics / supply chain sectors. Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, logistic providers, large corporations, key decision makers and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia. Lead and manage a team of sales executives / account managers: hiring, training, performance management, quotas, incentives. Forecast sales, set targets (monthly, quarterly, annual), monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance and adjust strategies. Negotiation of contracts, pricing, SLAs, payment terms especially in FinTech / Banking and in contracts with logistics / 3PL clients. Coordinate cross functional work (product, operations, support, legal, compliance) to ensure client requirements are met, regulatory / risk concerns handled, and product or service delivery is reliable. Drive localization efforts: ensure regulatory compliance, adapt to cultural / legal norms, maintain Saudi partnerships, understand Saudi licensing or banking regulations relevant to FinTech. Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, emerging trends in FinTech and logistics, and continuously refine value propositions. Manage budgets for sales operations, commercial and sales / events for expanding market presence (if relevant). Qualifications Solid experience (typically 5 10+ years) in sales (business development, account management) within FinTech / Banking sector AND / OR 3PL / Logistics sector 10+ years of experience in software and IT, with at least 5 years in an architectural leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets / quotas. Experience selling to large enterprises, financial institutions, logistic companies, or relevant corporate clients. Strong understanding of financial products, payment systems, banking regulatory requirements; or for logistics, of 3PL operations, supply chain, warehousing, transport, customs, etc. Experience with long sales cycles, negotiating complex contracts, dealing with RFPs, procurement processes in banking / governmental or large corporate clients. Strong CRM usage (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), sales analytics, pipeline management. Working conditions Location: Riyadh From Saturday to Wednesday 10:00AM to 6:00PM Weekends: Thursday & Friday.
