Description

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the sales activities in North & South Asia (excluding China, Hong Kong & Taiwan).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Science/ Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales account management, or component distributor management experience in B2B market
  • At least 2 years gained from sizeable organizations or MNCs is preferred
  • Solid exposure in FMCG, consumer electronics market and/or battery industry is highly preferred
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and financial sense
  • Good presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Target-oriented, passionate and able to work independently
  • Hands-on and willing to follow through the entire sales process including sales administration
  • Hands on computer skills such as MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin as liaison with China counterparts is required
  • Candidates who can communicate in a 3rd language preferably Korean or Japanese language or have experience in managing Korea or Japan industrial markets will have an added advantage
  • Occasion travel to Asian countries is required

Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales of direct account and distributor account to ensure consistent growth in sales revenues, meet and exceed all sales targets assigned to the regions
  • Follow and ensure smooth introduction of new project & new product including sample delivery, customer meeting, etc.
  • Identify new opportunities, develop and implement sales development plan to ensure good quality project pipelines consistently
  • Collaborate with Product Line team, internal planning team, and distributors to ensure successful project win and smooth delivery & shipment
  • Ensure accurate project & sales forecast
