Grampian Furnishers is a Home Furnishings business selling a wide range of quality furnishings and floor coverings to its customers in Elgin and the surrounding area. In 2022 Grampian Furnishers became part of the Gillies, a long established family business operating throughout the North of Scotland.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self motivated, sales driven manager to lead our furniture sales team in Elgin.
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a sales leader, preferably within the Home Furnishings sector. You should also be able to demonstrate:
· Excellent relationship building skills with colleagues, customers and suppliers
· Ability to lead and motivate a team to consistently achieve goals
· Ability to coach and develop individuals
· A calm and professional manner
· A good standard of IT Skills
The position entails working an average of 40 Hours per week, including Weekend working, with a competitive salary, contributory pension, colleague discount scheme and 6 Weeks annual holiday entitlement.
