Overview Champion Window - Sales Manager Champion Home Exteriors continues to grow! Currently, we are seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to help drive our continued growth. As Sales Manager for Champion, you will have the opportunity to earn a six figure income up to $140,000 per year (base plus bonuses) while helping others improve their homes and improve their lives. The Sales Manager is responsible for building, leading, and developing a high-performing team of Factory Sales Representatives. While not responsible for direct personal sales production, this role is highly visible in the field —role modeling best practices, demonstrating sales excellence, and reinforcing a customer-first approach. Success in this position is defined by the ability to recruit and retain top talent, deliver consistent coaching and development, and create a culture of accountability, engagement, and results. Partnering with the DM/DSM, RSM, RM, the Sales Manager helps set strategy, drives execution, and ensures the team consistently exceeds performance expectations while providing an exceptional in-home customer experience. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.• 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with in-home sales strongly preferred.• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.• Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.
