Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and success within your region.
  • Develop emerging sales professionals into well-rounded Account Managers by providing coaching, guidance, and opportunities.
  • Expand market share by driving territory growth, diversifying revenue streams with Raymond products, and maximizing aftermarket solutions to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Internal team leaders to align efforts, leveraging aftermarket and rental opportunities to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Own regional sales targets, implementing strategic initiatives to drive consistent growth and strengthen our presence within the territory.
  • Continuously analyze market conditions, customer trends, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies and ensure adaptability in an evolving business landscape.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive Business Plans, utilizing CRM tools and data-driven insights to track performance and optimize sales efforts.
  • Engage with the local community to enhance brand reputation, build strong business relationships, and position Raymond Central as an employer of choice
