EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Real Estate Industry in Dubai.
Minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience in Real Estate in Dubai.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters/Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Strong team management & coaching skills.
  2. Proficiency in English is must. Arabic & other languages are a plus.
  3. Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate industry & real estate laws.
  4. Target driven.
  5. Strong communication skills – including both verbal & written.
  6. Good Product Knowledge.
  7. Strong negotiation skills.
  8. Relationship-building.
  9. Should have UAE driving license.
    Salary: From AED 8000- AED 10,000.00 per month
    Job location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
    Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team and driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics.
1. Responsible for the overall Sales management, direction, and coordination of sales, rental, leasing & off plan activities in the company.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
3. Build and manage a high-performing sales team. Train guide and monitor and recruit result oriented sales consultants.
Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the company and that you are able to effectively articulate its positioning in the marketplace.
Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai Property Market and service and awareness of general industry trends.
Develop and maintain a network of local agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipeline.
7. Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
8. RERA certified.
