Key Responsibilities Our General Trade Key Account/Sales Manager will plan and execute robust Go-To-Market strategies for Haleon brands. Strong sales fundamentals to drive consumption of brands using customers and shoppers’ insights. Build an effective long-term relationship with customers to deliver sustainable sales and profits growth. Formulate sales strategies to ensure achievement of the annual sales plan, achieve sales volume and gross to net targets Define Independent Drug Stores Go-To-Market strategies by customers and categories, drive effective store segmentation to maximize business ROI Continue to drive channel profitability and formulate strategies to maximize business and profit opportunities Leading team to maintain good customer partnership to implement best in class category management principles and deliver outperformed market results Contribute to the creation and execute the channel vision and strategy, leading the team to drive in-store excellence in all aspects Ensure Team KPI are properly coordinated and executed, ongoing review team performance for improvement Proactively to explore new channel business opportunities to maximize potential new coverage Responsible for building an accurate forecast for the customers based on growth opportunities and promotions Establish effective collaboration across functions like trade marketing, supply chain, finance etc to deliver business objectives Work with the merchandising team to ensure visibility and availability in the stores, execute displays and merchandising with speed and excellence. Market intelligence to understand competitive landscape and impact Why You? Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree 5- 8+ years' sales experience in General Trade/ Key Account Management Less experienced candidates would be considered for Assistant Key Account Manager Excellent communications skills Proficiency in MS Office application - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Preferred Qualifications If you have the following qualifications and/experience, it would be a plus: General Trade Experience in personal care, oral, and or nutrition categories preferred but not mandatory Care to join us.
