Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing corporate, leisure, and city wide event clients.
  • Leads by example in sales excellence, fosters a proactive sales driven culture
  • Networking and conducting local market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the revenue & marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the local market.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting progress and areas for growth.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high satisfaction levels.
