• Unit Sales & Customer Experience
• Actively engage in unit sales and assist in closing deals.
• Provide top-tier customer service and ensure a smooth buying experience.
• Sales Team Leadership
• Train, mentor, and support sales and F&I staff.
• Lead daily team meetings and check-ins to maintain alignment and motivation.
• Keep detailed records of staff performance, training, and meetings.
• Inventory & Showroom Management
• Conduct monthly inventory checks of all floor units.
• Maintain accurate records of used unit conditions and necessary maintenance.
• Organize and maintain a professional, high-impact showroom layout.
• Operational Support
• Collaborate with the team on unit ordering and restocking.
• Participate in dealership advertising, promotions, and social media campaigns.
• Contribute to regular staff meetings and long-term sales planning.
