JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Division Head to lead our Architectural Hardware and Furniture Fittings division. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the division, driving sales, managing procurement and supply chain operations, and leading product development strategies. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong industry knowledge and an established network within interior fit-out companies, facilities management firms, joinery companies, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the architectural hardware and furniture fittings sector.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with interior fit-out contractors, facilities management companies, joinery firms, and related stakeholders.
4. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients.
5. Lead key account management and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
6. Take full ownership of the division’s P&L, budgeting, and strategic planning.
7. Define short-term and long-term goals for market penetration and revenue growth.
8. Build and lead a team of sales and support staff, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
9. Manage sourcing, procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
10. Ensure optimal product availability, pricing, and quality through effective vendor negotiation and supply chain planning.
11. Identify market trends and customer needs to guide product selection and development.
12. Work closely with design and technical teams to introduce innovative hardware and fittings tailored to market demands.
13. Ensure the division is aligned with the latest trends in architecture, interiors, and construction technologies.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 10–12 years of experience in sales and business development in architectural hardware, furniture fittings.
2. Proven experience managing full operations of a division including sales, procurement, and product management.
3. Strong network and industry connections with interior fit-out firms, facility management companies, and joiners.
4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
