As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the pit crew chief of customer experience – ensuring every interaction runs like a successful racing team. This isn’t just another customer service role; it’s your chance to become the heartbeat of our growing motorsport community.
You’ll own the entire customer journey, from the moment someone discovers our brands to becoming customers becoming lifelong advocates of our products. Whether it’s a weekend warrior getting their first helmet or a professional team placing bulk orders, you’ll be their trusted guide through the world of motorsport safety and performance.

YOUR CHAMPIONSHIP RESPONSIBILITIESCUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXCELLENCE

  • B2C Customer Success: Be the friendly voice behind every return, lead time inquiry, and product question
  • B2B Customer Relations: Manage professional relationships with racing teams, driving schools, and motorsport suppliers.
  • Order Processing: Seamlessly handle UK B2B/B2C and EU B2B orders with precision timing
  • Platform Management: Master Shiptheory processing and coordinating with our suppliers and team in the UK and Belgium.
