JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Home Automation (Project Sales) with 10–15 years of experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B and project-based sales of smart home and automation solutions. This role demands a well-connected professional who understands the local construction and real estate landscape and can build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and system integrators.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of proven project sales experience in home automation, ELV, smart home, or building technology systems in the UAE market.
  • Excellent network and client base among real estate developers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of smart home systems such as KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, etc.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and project management capabilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

    Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote home automation systems (lighting, HVAC, AV, security, etc.) for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through a strong network of developers, MEP consultants, contractors, and architects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, technical presentations, proposal submission, and contract negotiations to project closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline status to the management team.
