We’re currently seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will play a key role in building relationships, driving revenue, and representing our hotel in the vibrant Wichita community. Requirements As the Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the hotel’s sales efforts — cultivating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring our guests experience the very best Hilton hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share across corporate, group, and leisure segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and travel partners. Conduct client meetings, site tours, and presentations to showcase the hotel’s amenities and services. Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close group and event business. Partner with the Director of Sales, General Manager and Revenue Management team to forecast business trends and optimize pricing strategies. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and community functions to expand brand awareness. Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM system and provide regular sales reports and updates. Qualifications: Previous hotel sales or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems preferred. Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
