SALES MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE CRM SPECIALIST (DRIVE CENTRIC EXPERIENCE PREFERRED)

Location: Toronto, ON
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing automotive retail team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales leadership combined with advanced CRM management expertise, with Drive Centric experience considered a major asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed volume, gross, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage, optimize, and champion CRM usage across the sales department, ensuring all customer interactions are properly tracked, followed up, and converted.
  • Drive accountability with CRM reporting, analytics, and KPI monitoring to maximize team efficiency and sales outcomes.
  • Implement structured sales processes within the CRM to improve lead response times, appointment-setting, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and BDC to ensure CRM campaigns and lead management systems are fully leveraged.
  • Train and mentor team members on CRM best practices to ensure adoption and consistent execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success as a Top Sales Associate or Assistant Sales Manager in the automotive industry (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems; candidates with DriveCentric experience will be given strong preference.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
