THE FUTURE IS WHAT WE MAKE IT.  Sales Manager (AIDC) Ha Noi, Vietnam We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Vietnam/ IndoChina. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking abilities, a proven track record in pipeline growth and executional strategies, and exceptional people management skills. This role requires a leader who can effectively engage with end-users, build trust within distribution channels, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the future direction of the business with courage and vision. * Pipeline Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow pipelines and enhance executional effectiveness. * People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. * Networking Leadership: Engage directly with end-users and build strong relationships within the distribution channel model. * Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to the highest standards of integrity and compliance. * Industry Knowledge: Leverage relevant industry knowledge related to AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture), ERP systems, and Individual Software Vendors (ISV). Qualifications: * Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the AIDC, ERP, or ISV industries. * Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills. * Demonstrated ability to grow pipelines and sharpen executional strategies. * Excellent people management and team development skills. * Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. * High level of integrity and commitment to compliance. * Relevant industry knowledge is a plus.   Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
