  • Extensive experience leading organisational change across large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs is mandatory , preferably SAP HANA
  • Strong experience across business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption. 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a large and complex organisation. 
  • Experience managing change risks, governance, dependencies and executive reporting. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology and program teams. 
  • The ability to provide clear, evidence-based readiness advice to senior leaders. 
  • SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate experience will be highly regarded. 
  • Previous government experience will be advantageous.
